Aaron Draplin is one of those guys that just calls it like it is. He's earnest, wild and more like a live electrical wire than anything else. But what I love most about him is that he really cares about the things that matter most. 

And he's not afraid to say what he thinks. I found myself resonating with so much of story and especially his willingness to what everyone is thinking, but is too afraid to say.
