First big change: Where I bought my food
Make small changes and gradually work you way to your goals.
Extreme changes make it harder to stick to and can make you feel depressed.
Don't be super strict, but have a routine and plan what you are going to eat.
Habits are hard to break, but good habits can be developed.
You have to find a lifestyle you can maintain. If it is too extreme is not enjoyable, and it will be impossible to maintain.
Start now...don't wait until tomorrow!
Tip Of The Week: Track data, get in a support group and forget the diet...change your life style.
